Lounge renovation
One of our most favourite lounges, the Big Lounge, has recently been renovated by experienced restorers. Women’s bathrooms were restored a while ago as well. As of January 2009, you have the chance to see the bottom (22 metres) of one of our five wells that we uncovered for you in the antechamber of the Knight’s Hall. The well was established simultaneously with the malt house in 1600.

- The seller undertakes to deliver only superb-quality goods to purchasers, as ordered by the buyer via the on-line catalogue and that is pictured as accurate to the maximum extent possible (some minor deviations in terms of colours are acceptable and are attributed to slight colour changes in the digitalisation process).

The seller further undertakes to communicate with the buyer with respect to their order, and the seller should inform the buyer via e-mail about the acknowledgement of their order and its shipping, as well as about payment receipt for the goods. Should the seller fail to comply with the agreed deadlines the seller must inform the buyer immediately.

- Considering the nature of the goods offered the deadlines for delivery may range between one and three weeks from order placement. You will always be notified of the actual delivery date via an e-mail that will be automatically sent to the address you entered with your order.
- Should it become impossible to deliver the goods within three weeks (whatever the reason might be) we will contact you in advance and inform you of the situation. Both parties will then seek a solution to the situation.
