Lounge renovation
One of our most favourite lounges, the Big Lounge, has recently been renovated by experienced restorers. Women’s bathrooms were restored a while ago as well. As of January 2009, you have the chance to see the bottom (22 metres) of one of our five wells that we uncovered for you in the antechamber of the Knight’s Hall. The well was established simultaneously with the malt house in 1600.

Museum
Brewing industry machinery, tools and tanks are on display in the renovated exhibition area. Visitors can also make themselves familiar with the history of the brewing industry in Prague. The most interesting part of the museum is its Renaissance room where malt was dried by hot smoke emanating from burned wood.
The museum perfectly fits into the romantic atmosphere of the U Fleků brewery and it accentuates its unique atmosphere.
Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., (upon a previous reservation). On Saturdays and Sundays, the guided tours require a previous visit of the restaurant. Fee: CZK 50 per person. Subject to a prior reservation only
